MINDY GERWITZ, PHD, MCC

Mindy Gewirtz has twenty years of experience coaching and consulting as a leadership coach and organizational strategist. Mindy partners with senior management and HR to coach talent that result in strengthened individual leadership performance, and organizational capacity for future growth. Mindy’s outcomes include stronger business performance, and greater organizational capabilities to execute new business strategies

 Mindy has recently coached executives at Apex Global Solutions, the Teachers’ Retirement System of NYC, the United States Federal Aviation Administration Research Division, the VNS Foundation of Westchester, Riverdale Senior Services, Women in Cable TV, Shapeways, and Flatiron, and is co-leading leadership coaching programs for NYC nonprofit executives. She has also both coached senior executives and guided large-scale systemic change and leadership development programs for clients such as Malden Mills, Inc., Evergreen Solar, EMC, Robert Woods Johnson Foundation, MITRE, and Goulston & Storrs. She recently delivered a four-month Strategic Leadership and Innovation initiative for 150 of Citibank’s global high-potential executives.

Mindy earned her Ph.D. at Boston University, an OD/HRD post-doctoral certificate from the Boston Institute of Psychotherapy, and a BA (Phi Beta Kappa) in psychology and education from Brooklyn College. She serves as Presidential Advisor to a global biological resource center, ATCC (American Type Culture Collection), and also serves on the Advisory Board for EMGI Equity, a UK-based organization providing advisory services to international start-ups. In prior roles, Mindy was a Director for non-profit service programs in Albany and Boston, and maintains her Board-certified Diplomate licensure as a psychotherapist.


SHARON SINGER, MS

Sharon Singer served for over 20 years as an internal HR professional, focused on Talent Management/Learning and Development, Staffing, and Developing and Retaining Talent. In those roles, Sharon led global learning and development for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Salomon Brothers, Everyday Health, TRW and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Now, as an external executive coach and leadership development expert, Sharon coaches senior executives in leadership skills, and her effective coaching ability has literally transformed the careers of hundreds of people. She also designs and delivers programs in management and leadership, change management, career mobility, onboarding, skill development, strategic planning (off-sites), team building, performance management and cultural change.

Sharon is known for her ability to quickly assess and respond to clients’ needs, and help them implement practical, business-aligned solutions. She has a proven success in retaining top talent by helping business leaders maximize employee performance and inspire teams that drive results.. Her industry experience spans from digital media, financial services, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, technology, health care, insurance, legal, education and government to the non-profit sector and start-ups.

Sharon holds a Masters in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. from University of Maryland, College Park. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, as well as tools from Blessing White, AchieveGlobal, Personnel Decisions, The Ken Blanchard Companies and numerous others. Sharon is a member of the Global Leadership Alliance, AWARE (Assisting Women through Actions, Resources and Education) and leadership mentor and corporate advocate for Women Unlimited Inc. Travel, cycling, and downhill skiing are how she stays curious and active, as well as theater and the arts. Sharon cherishes spending quality time with her son, family, and friends.


JAMIE LEVINSON, MS

Jamie is an executive coach and facilitator with 20+ years of experience in leadership development. Jamie draws on her extensive experience in working inside organizations, as well as her naturally warm, relaxed, professional style, to create a safe environment in which strong relationships are built with her coaching clients. Jamie uses powerful listening, questions, 360 feedback, and an action-oriented approach to support her clients gaining insights, developing new behaviors and achieving greater effectiveness.

Jamie’s coaching focus areas include: Communications Skills; Executive Presence; Emotional Intelligence; Building Relationships; Managing Up; and Influencing and Leading Teams, among others. Jamie holds a B.S. in Education from The University of Maryland and a M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University. She earned her coaching certification from iCoachNY (at the Zicklin Business School, Baruch College, CUNY).  Jamie is certified in the Hogan, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI), conflict and emotional intelligence (EQ) assessments. Jamie currently holds Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status from The International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her professional association contributions and affiliations include serving as The Women’s Leadership Center faculty for the American Management Association; the iCoachNY Alumni Steering Committee; the Financial Women’s Association; the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce; and the Board of All Together Now, an adoptee-led support group for adoptive families. Jamie enjoys exercising, being in nature, acrylic painting, and spending time with her family and pets.


Jürgen Bank, phd

Jürgen is an executive coach and Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. As a coach, Jurgen focuses on helping leaders and teams work effectively in their organizational context, to achieve high performance while maintaining good personal health, strong relationships, and enjoyment of life.  Using his decades of academic and applied study, practice and business experience, Jurgen helps his coaching clients identify their unique strengths, limiting behaviors, and helpful and hindering mindsets, and tailors the coaching journey individually for each client.

Jürgen utilizes his deep study of behavioral, systemic, empirical and psychoanalytical perspectives in his work. Client companies include: Mayo Clinic, Pepsico, SC Johnson, Coca Cola, Nestle, Target, Frito-Lay, Hershey’s, Land O'Lakes, Petco and PetSmart, among many other organizations.

Jurgen holds the German level of a PhD degree, from The Phillip University of Marburg, Germany (Diplompsychologe.) Since 2001, he has been active member and contributor to the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), including presenting 20 peer-reviewed articles/presentations at their annual conferences.

Jürgen applies the adage “you cannot open new doors using old keys” to both his professional and personal life.  Staying curious and positive has lead Jürgen to take up post-50 running; in 2023, he completed his first two half-marathon races. He is now striving to attain a new goal of a full marathon.


Alicia daugherty

Alicia is a leadership and executive coach whose client work builds on her own 25+ years of executive experience in Operations, Program Management, and Business Transformation. She coaches both individuals and teams in many industries, including energy, technology, financial services, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors. Alicia often facilitates communication, strategic thinking, and employee engagement through her custom-designed coaching and mentoring programs.

In her spare time, Alicia is a competitive homebrewer with her husband, from which she has taken valuable life lessons. In both brewing beer and working with industry leaders, Alicia lives by these maxims: “trust the process”; “experiment and make it your own”; “savor the feedback”; and “find your community”.

Alicia holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Delaware, and a M.B.A. from Villanova University. She is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and received her professional coach training and credential from the Co-Active (Coach) Training Institute. Alicia is certified in Hogan Assessments, and Team Effectiveness and NeuroTransformational Coaching methodologies. ­­


Marnie Sudnow

Marnie Sudnow builds on her 25 years of executive and management experience to coach leaders in becoming optimally effective. Her priority is to help individuals, teams, and organizations maximize their potential and achieve sustained, measurable positive results.

 In both her coaching and her personal life, Marnie incorporates the concept that “courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is the wisdom to know that some things are more important than fear.” For Marnie, personally understanding that one can be fearful and also courageous enough to act nonetheless is an overarching guiding principle. 

 Prior to her coaching career, Marnie was a dynamic customer experience (CX) and B2B SaaS executive with an exceptional record of achievement. She scaled market share, created superb customer experiences, and positioned her companies for unprecedented growth and better competitive advantage.  Marnie holds a B.S. in Finance & Marketing from The University of Delaware. She earned Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certificate from Rutgers University, and a “PQ Coach Foundations” Certificate from the Positive Intelligence organization. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and founding member of CHIEF, Executive Women’s Network.


Jeremy kestler

Jeremy Kestler is an executive coach and organizational development (OD) consultant. He works with global clients across levels, in fast-paced corporate and start-up environments as well as non-profit and government settings.  Jeremy has successfully coached clients to support post-merger integrations, onboarding, reorganizations, leading virtually, and multiple other types of significant change.

Prior to coaching and consulting, Jeremy worked in-house at SAP, where he served as the Director of Global Marketing Learning, a Global Leadership Development Team member, and an active member of the SAP Internal Coaching community, which won the ICF’s 2020 Prism award.  

Jeremy graduated with a B.A. (English Literature) from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s The McDonough School of Business. Jeremy has earned an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). His coach certifications include training and certification as an Erickson Professional Coach; a Team Coach (Solutions Academy); and an SAP Conflict Coach. Jeremy recently enjoyed a work trip to Singapore, where he led a leadership training for Ocean Network Express, one of the world’s largest container shipping companies.
