Q: Are you receiving the services that you expected?
Yes, definitely. The experience has surpassed my expectations.
Q: What have you learned so far that you are able to apply in your day to day life?
So many things! Here are a few:
I don’t have to be perfect.
There are better ways to ask questions depending on the results you want to get.
Making myself a priority doesn’t mean I’m selfish.
I don’t have to speak for all (of my) kind, nor do I have to be the person who always speaks up to right a wrong.
Q: Any feedback on your coach? Things that they are doing well? Things they could do differently?
I don’t think I could have picked a better coach for me. Lilian challenges me, listens to me and gives me feedback even when it’s not what I might want to hear. She also reminds me to keep track of and celebrate successes along the way. This has inspired me to keep a “success log” to track the good things I’ve done. Lilian is obviously well-trained and educated and brings a very professional perspective to our sessions. At the same time, she is kind and I feel she is genuinely invested in helping me to feel more fulfilled as a person.
Q: Any other general feedback?
I feel like I’ve benefited immensely already from the sessions I’ve had with Lilian. I wish I had the opportunity to work with her earlier in my career.
